Cancellation of the Order:
Order once placed can only be cancelled within 4 hours from the time of placing the order. You can write to our customer support team on despatch@rkmath.org or call us on 040-27631149. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to your Bank within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request.
Returns:
Generally Return of books is not accepted once the order is delivered. However, returns will be accepted if;
1) a request is made before delivery of the order with a valid reason and,
2) the unopened parcel is shipped within 7 days of the delivery. On receipt of the parcel in tact the refund amount will be credited to your Bank within 48-72 business hours after deducting the Shipping charges. Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Refunds:
We do not offer Refunds but only replace/exchange of the ordered items is possible in case of physical damage during the transit or missing pages or illegible print.
In case of damage of the product during the transit, please send your Order invoice to despatch@rkmath.org along with a photograph of the damaged product. We might request you to return back the damaged product to us.
Return of damaged items:
In case of return of the damaged product, please send the same in its original package to the following address.:
Despatch Section, Ramakrishna Math, Lower Tank Bund Rd, Ramakrishna Math Marg, opposite Indira Park, Domalguda, Hyderabad, Telangana-500029.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
