We find revealed in Sri Ramakrishna’s life and attitude a bedrock of respect for women that rests on the reality of every individual woman as one with the Absolute. Women were recognized as the Divine Mother, as being worthy of the highest spiritual teachings, as partners in a great mission. His life is a testimony to the value and power of the feminine.
